Embossed cigarette paper
Installation of entirely new modern calender facility in 2004 resulted in a significant increase of the cigarette paper quality. Manufacturer´s or customer´s brand is protected against a possible misuse of his product by using of embossed cigarette paper and, additionally, the emblem on the paper may symbolize the history and tradition both of the manufacturer himself and the actual product. Moreover, there is another significant fact lying in the possibility of private manufacturers producing their own calender cylinder - the possibility of producing cigarette paper with their own design, which significantly helps to promote the product in the world market.
The embossing is proceeded at a temperature of 1100C when the cigarette paper moistured by steam is embossed by embossing cylinder under the pressure of 200 kPa.
OP papirna, s.r.o. standardly uses the embossed cigarette paper for production of it´s own brands (Party in House Silver, Party in House Red, Party in House Blue, Canaba King Size Slim) and for production of Private Brands, as well.
